WHO ARE WE ?

HMR Holidays now operates as a web-based holiday rental company, with no physical office, but we’re still on hand to meet and greet all our guests and personally see to any issues that they might have.

We  choose to remain a small family business, carefully selecting our properties and providing the highest levels of care and support for our clients and owners alike. We want to create long term relationships with both our owners and guests. 

OUR TEAM 

IAIN ROCHE - Managing Director – Owner                                                                                                                                                                      Iain has a rich background in electrical engineering and luxury commercial fittings for hotels and brands such as Hugo Boss, Armani and Donna Karan in London. With a keen eye for detail, he manages both the financial and property development aspects of the business, overseeing the construction and rehabilitation of luxury properties in Moraira and Valencia. 

MATTHEW BUTTERFIELD - Rental Manager

Matthew is HMR’s “Swiss army knife,” with a diverse skill set and a background in professional photography. He oversees all day-to-day operations and customer experience, ensuring seamless and enjoyable stays for guests. Matthew’s expertise in photography also allows him to capture beautiful images of our rental and sales properties. His dedication to customer satisfaction makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
 

LÉONIE GREMILLET-ROCHE - Marketing - Owner 

Léonie brings a strong background in languages and translation, fluent in English, French, Spanish, and German, to her role in the company. She is in charge of marketing and oversees day-to-day operations alongside Matthew. Léonie’s strong linguistic  and organizational skills are key to seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
